The sessions offered give you the necessary tools and techniques to achieve a state of freeing one’s mind where you think of nothing or have an “empty mind“. Meditation is a type of mind-body complementary medicine which produces a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process results in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.


Typically, we offer workshops through a one-hour class during a three-week period, or our workshops can be tailor-made to accommodate your needs. 


You will discover how to meditate and to integrate the technique into your daily life. 


In this class, you will learn:

  1.      To realize the power of the word meditation and what is really behind this word;

  2.      To know, experience, and feel what it is to ground yourself; 

  3.      To be more conscious and to be more present in your daily life;

  4.      To be conscious of your body, your thoughts, and your actions;

  5.      To be aware of how you think and breathe;

  6.      To be in the present moment and to be more aware of your decisions for your higher good;

  7.      To know more about the chakras and their implications for your health.

  8.      To know how to integrate meditation in your daily life.
